Return and Shipping
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale of products ("Products") through the website www.houseofolga.com (the "Website"). By placing an order for any Products, you agree to abide by and accept these terms and conditions. House of Olga, located at FDRK5488 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (referred to as "us" or "we"), reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice, at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the general terms and conditions governing the use of our Website.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order at any time, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged. If your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are as follows: All orders are subject to security verification. If verification is required, you will have 48 hours to complete the process. Failure to respond within this time will result in order cancellation and refund. Shipping and handling charges will be applied according to our current policies. Payments made via debit/credit cards through Stripe will be subject to currency conversion on the transaction date. House of Olga is not responsible for any discrepancies due to currency conversion rates. For pre-ordered Products, a deposit of sixty percent (60%) is required upon ordering, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. The remaining forty percent (40%), plus applicable fees, will be charged when the Product is ready for shipment. Any available Site Credit will be automatically applied to pending orders.
Changes in Products and Pricing: We reserve the right to update our Product offerings and discontinue Products without notice. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, discontinuation, manufacturer price adjustments, errors, or other circumstances. In the event of a price change after payment, your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued. While we strive for accuracy in Product descriptions and prices, we do not guarantee their accuracy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for Products listed with incorrect prices or information.
Shipping Fees, Taxes, and International Duties: Sales tax applies to orders shipped within the Philippines. For pre-ordered Products, taxes will be charged upon shipment readiness; for others, taxes apply at the time of ordering. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in order suspension until full payment is received.
Shipping Policy: We offer various shipping options, and delivery times may vary. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms. We dispatch orders to authorized recipients and are not liable for packages left at secure delivery locations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or "force majeure" events.
Return Policy: House of Olga accepts returns of new and unused products within 10 days of receipt, excluding pre-order items. Returns may be refunded as Site Credit or to the original payment method. Returned Products must be in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted for return. Refunds or credits are processed upon inspection by House of olga.
Faulty Products: Products damaged by manufacturing faults within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Normal wear and tear are not covered. House of Olga will determine if damage is due to wear and tear or other reasons.
